Custom DIY Dance Floor Wrap

Transform an ordinary dance floor into a stunning centerpiece created especially for your celebration. Our custom dance floor wraps are perfect for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate events, galas, and other special occasions.

Select your preferred design, colors, wording, and finished size. When measuring, remember to include the floor’s outer edging if you would like it covered.

Material

Your wrap is printed on premium, low-tack adhesive vinyl designed for temporary installations. It adheres securely to suitable surfaces and can be removed easily after the event.

The vinyl is produced in panels approximately 54 inches wide. Panel lengths are cut according to the dimensions of your dance floor. The finished product will arrive in multiple sections for installation.

How to Order

1. Select the required dance floor size and preferred finish.
2. Upload up to two inspiration images showing the style, colors, or design you would like.
3. If you already have a finished design, logo, or monogram, upload the highest-resolution version available.
4. Enter your names, initials, event date, preferred colors, font style, and any additional requests in the “Design Notes” section.
5. Carefully review the design proof sent by email and submit your approval or revision requests.

Your purchase includes an initial design proof and up to two rounds of revisions. Please allow approximately 48 hours to receive your first proof. Additional revisions may be subject to a design fee.

Custom Monograms

We can personalize your wrap with names, initials, an event date, a custom message, logo, or monogram. If you do not already have a monogram, provide your desired wording and preferred style, along with examples whenever possible.

Finish Options

Choose the finish that best complements your event:

• Matte: Offers an elegant, glare-reducing appearance that photographs beautifully. It also helps minimize visible fingerprints and reflections.
• Gloss: Produces a polished shine and enhances the richness and vibrancy of the printed colors.

Optional lamination provides additional protection, easier cleaning, and improved resistance to light scuffing. However, floor wraps are intended for temporary use, and wear may still occur in high-traffic areas.

Production Time

Standard production takes approximately 3–5 business days after final design approval, excluding shipping time. Rush production may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us before ordering if you have a tight deadline.

Installation

This is a print-only, self-installation product. Your wrap will arrive in separate panels, along with installation guidance and access to a step-by-step instructional video.

For the best results, professional installation is recommended, particularly for large dance floors. The vinyl is removable after installation but cannot be reused.

Surface Requirements

The wrap must be installed on a clean, smooth, dry, and properly finished surface. Suitable surfaces may include:

• Finished hardwood flooring
• Acrylic or portable event dance floors
• Smooth tile
• Polished concrete

Do not apply the vinyl directly to carpet, rough or unfinished concrete, untreated wood, uneven flooring, or heavily textured surfaces.

Before ordering, confirm with your venue that adhesive vinyl is permitted on its dance floor. If direct application is prohibited or the venue is carpeted, a separate rented dance floor may be required.

Important Notice

Every dance floor wrap is custom-made according to your selected size and approved design. Therefore, all sales are final once design work or production has begun.
